Since we deal in food and kitchen-related items, returns are not accepted once the order has been delivered. This is due to hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Food item delivered in damaged or spoiled condition
  • Missing items in the order

In such cases, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

4. Refund Processing

  • The refund may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before preparation has started.
  • Once the order is prepared or dispatched, cancellation will not be allowed.
  • If an order is cancelled successfully, the refund will be processed as per our refund timeline.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Delay caused due to incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer
  • Change of mind after order placement
  • Order not accepted due to customer unavailability at the time of delivery
